I just happened upon your b...Hi, my name is Rachel. I just happened upon your blog. I'm also a writer.<br /><br />Have you listened to Mur Lafferty's podcast called, "I Should Be Writing?" It's interesting because she discusses things like, should I post my stuff on the internet? She also discusses how some podcasters read their novel chapter by chapter on their podcast to build a following. And by proving to an agent that they already have a following were then able to get an agent. <br /><br />It's interesting because the publishing world is changing. Submitting queries doesn't seem to meet much success unless you know people. (One reason I'm getting my Master's is basically to make contacts.) Sorry for the rambling comment, I have too many thoughts in my head right now to write a coherent sentence it seems. <br /><br />Anyway, feel free to email me!
